How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the delivery interval you selected, and the products are automatically delivered from the shop after each successful renewal.
For example, if you have taken out a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month and you will receive the products delivered to your home every month without having to place the order yourself!

 

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal. The subscription can only not be canceled if you pay in advance for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
The customer portal is accessible via the link you received in the email sent to you when you first ordered a subscription in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.

 

How can I skip or reschedule an order?

You can skip or reschedule the order in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery, there is a Skip Payment button that allows you to skip the order. To reschedule the order, click the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.

 

Can I add products to my subscription?

Yes, of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click the Edit button in the product overview and edit, remove, or add products to your subscription.

 

What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment is not accepted, you will receive an email with a link through which you can securely update your payment method.
