Discounted offers (including free offers) are only available once per customer and free offers are limited to a maximum of one customer per household (unless specifically stated otherwise). Due to the cost of the products, promotional offers and discounts are only redeemable for a limited time and with a limited number of offers.

You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website.

By using this Website, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions" or "Terms and Conditions") in return for which we grant you access to our Website.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please leave our website immediately, do not create an account, do not log in and/or do not enter any information on the logged in pages and do not order any products from ohsheet.ch

Changes to these terms and conditions are only valid and effective if agreed by us in writing. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. From time to time we will change the Terms and Conditions and our updated Terms and Conditions will be displayed on the Site, and by continuing to use and access the Site after such changes, you agree to be bound by any changes we make to the Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time to verify any such variations. The T&C's applicable to your access and use of the Website are the version displayed on the Website on each day that you access the Website. If at any time you do not wish to accept the T&Cs, you must not continue to use the Website. Your continued use of the Website and your continued subscription after we have made changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription. Details of how to cancel can be found below.

This website and our communications are intended for access in Switzerland. Users in a country where the publication or availability of the website is prohibited may not access the website. Those who choose to access the Website do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.

Registration and account management

In order to purchase products and participate in our consultation, you must register with us using the process defined on our website. By registering with us, a user account ("account", a unique user name with associated information) will be created for you. This allows you to access the logged-in pages and means that you can purchase products from us.

To register with us, you must be at least 18 years old on the day of registration.

You must ensure that the information you provide to us via the logged-in pages or any other communication (including email) is accurate and complete.

You are obliged to inform us immediately of any changes to the information you provide - you can do this quickly and easily by accessing your profile. This includes your payment details. If we are unable to take payment from your card, we will not be able to process your order.

If you would like the changes to take effect before your next order, please do so more than 48 hours before your order is packed and dispatched as shown on your profile, this date for changes will be shown as the "last modified date".

All personal and payment details are subject to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts are non-transferable and you may not assign, transfer, trade or exchange your ohsheet.ch account. cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged or sold.

You can access the specific details relating to your subscription and any other orders placed with ohsheet.ch by logging into your account and clicking on the relevant section of the website.

You agree not to impersonate any other person when using our website. You also agree not to behave in an offensive, illegal, immoral or abusive manner when using our website.

You must not use our website for any illegal purpose or in any way that could damage our name or reputation.

We may prevent or suspend your access to the website if you fail to comply with any part of these terms and conditions, the terms or policies to which they relate, or applicable law.

Password and security

When you register with us on our website, you will be asked to create a password which will be linked to your user account. It is your responsibility to choose a strong password and to keep it safe.

You are responsible for all purchases made on your ohsheet.ch account.

You are responsible for all actions and changes to your account on the ohsheet.ch logged in pages (including, but not limited to, changing products, mailing address and delivery instructions).

You must notify us immediately if you suspect or know that someone has gained unauthorized access to your ohsheet.ch account.

We can only register one owner per account and for security reasons we may ask you to confirm your details when you contact us to discuss your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

Orders and subscription

You must have an account to purchase products or place orders with us.

You must also have correct, accurate and valid credit card details on your account.

When you create an account and place an order, you will automatically receive a recurring order of products from ohsheet.ch.

The total price you pay for your products will be the price of the specific products in each specific order calculated on the day your order is processed, plus applicable VAT where applicable. This cost breakdown will be displayed on the Website before you confirm the order. At this point, you can change your details and the details of your products before proceeding with the purchase. The total price of your next and previous orders is also visible on the logged in pages.

We reserve the right to change the content of your order without notice and at our sole discretion.

You can manage your future orders with us via your logged in pages.

Your subscription will remain in place unless canceled (via your profile/dashboard).

Any changes you make to your online profile via the logged in pages may change the price of your order and we will display this price to you once you have submitted these changes.

The charge for the total price of your order will be debited from the credit card we have on file for each individual order at the time of order processing.

Your subscription to our paper products will remain in effect until canceled by you. You can find details on canceling in the FAQs.

If you cancel your subscription and reactivate it at another time, the price of the subscription may be different from the price at the time you canceled your subscription.

Deliveries and returns

Products ordered from us can be delivered to addresses within Switzerland. P.O. boxes are excluded.

The products are delivered via our external courier service.

Proof of delivery is only provided under certain circumstances.

The delivery dates for your first delivery are selected with your first order. Future deliveries will run on a regular schedule which will be visible to you on the logged in pages of your account. This includes the price of the next order to be shipped and the delivery dates for it.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, our stock availability, the time you complete your information on the logged in pages and circumstances affecting delivery beyond our control (including public holidays and force majeure scenarios).

You will not hold us responsible for delays beyond our control.

You must report any missing or undelivered deliveries to us by emailing hello@ohsheet.ch.

Please ensure that your address, contact details and payment information are up to date as described in the "Registration and Account Management" section of these Terms and Conditions.

We want you to be satisfied with the products you receive from ohsheet.ch. If a delivery is received with defects or damage, please follow the steps below:

a). Send us an e-mail to hello@ohsheet.ch from the e-mail address e-mail address linked to your user account.

b). Please provide the details of the product that is damaged (order number).

c). Please do this within 7 working days of receiving your product from us.

If we require the goods back, we will inform you and arrange collection.

Please ensure that the goods are handled with reasonable care whilst in your possession before returning them. We will inspect the goods on arrival.

We may ask you for further information about your return.

If an error on our part and/or a refund or replacement has been agreed, we will endeavor to issue you with a refund or replacement within 7 working days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your logged in pages/dashboard. You can find out how to do this in the FAQs. The estimated shipping date for upcoming orders is visible on your logged in pages/dashboard - see "Subscription overview section". Your subscription must be canceled on or before the last date for changes to your order displayed on your dashboard. Orders will still be billed and delivered if your cancelation is after the last modification date for that order.

Cancellation or refusal by us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions and orders at our sole discretion. If we do so, you will only be charged for the orders that have been shipped to you.

Membership and introductory offers and discounts

We may offer special offers to new and/or existing customers from time to time.

Where we do make such offers, introductory offers are only available to new users of the Website. Previously registered users will not qualify for any additional offer unless specifically stated. "Previously registered users" refers to any combination of: a user with a user account with ohsheet.ch, a credit or debit card, a credit or debit cardholder, a shipping address, a cardholder address or a household that has previously used the ohsheet.ch service.

Offers are limited to a single customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may cancel any special offer, introductory offer or discount at any time without notice.

At our sole discretion, we may limit who may enter offers and for what reason. Promotional offers and discounts are available for a limited time only.

Delivery charges may apply to trial orders.

To redeem an offer, you must log in to ohsheet.ch with a user account. This process is described in the section "Registration and account management" and specifically this registration process involves registering a valid credit or debit card, this includes registering with free and discounted offers.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

Purchases of our products are made exclusively through our website and require a registered account with valid payment and delivery details to redeem a free or discounted offer or account credit. Account credits and offers cannot be redeemed for cash.

After any discounted offer, you will be charged the full price for subsequent orders until another applicable and valid discounted offer is applied or you cancel active subscriptions and orders with us.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.

Copyright and intellectual property

The Website and all intellectual property rights in it, including but not limited to the Content, are at all times owned by us, unless licensed or borrowed. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved

This Content includes all text, images, video, audio or other multimedia content, software or other information or materials submitted to or on the Site. Purchase on account with installment facility (POWERPAY)

As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account". With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
