Our history

After months of development work, we have finally launched the first version of our plastic-free bamboo toilet paper! All good things take time, and so did our first orders. Little by little, we received orders that we had to label individually and send to the post office. A lot of manual work - but that's what start-ups are all about!

Due to the rapidly increasing number of orders, we almost ran out of stock. This meant that we had to set up our first own warehouse! It was small, but it was enough to get us started.

One of our biggest challenges was our production and supply chain, which we had to change. As we were a small start-up company, nobody really took us seriously. After months of intensive discussions with various manufacturers, we finally found one that supported our vision and agreed to produce for us. Not only did we find a fantastic partner, but we also moved our production to Europe, very close to home, which allowed us to grow faster.

Over time we became overwhelmed with orders - sometimes we were sending 70 parcels a day and our space was getting smaller and smaller, now it was time to make more room! We switched all our logistics to one logistics partner who stores and fulfills all our orders.

Having already won over thousands of households with our toilet paper, it was clear that the bathroom was just the beginning. So we moved on - to the kitchen! Our second product, bamboo kitchen paper, brings the same Oh Sheet! power to your dining table: strong on stains, gentle on the environment and so beautiful that you'll be happy to leave it on the worktop.

What began as a small idea for sustainable toilet paper quickly became a movement. With over 10,000 orders shipped every day, we are helping to make bathrooms plastic-free and the world a little cleaner. Thank you for being part of the Oh Sheet! journey!
