After months of development work, we have finally launched the first version of our plastic-free bamboo toilet paper! All good things take time, as do our first orders. Gradually, we received orders that we had to label individually and take to the post office. A lot of manual work - but that's what it's all about in start-ups!

Due to the rapidly increasing number of orders, we almost ran out of stock. This meant that we had to set up our first own warehouse! It was small, but it was enough for the beginning.

One of our biggest challenges was our production and supply chain, which we had to change. Since we were a small startup, no one really took us seriously. After intense months of discussions with various manufacturers, we finally found one that supported our vision and agreed to produce for us. We not only found a fantastic partner, but also relocated our production to Europe, very close to our home, which allows us faster growth.

Over time, we were overwhelmed with orders - sometimes we sent out 70 packages a day and our space became smaller and smaller, now it was time to create more space! We have switched all our logistics to a logistics partner who stores and fulfills all our orders.
